Great product! very relaxing. Able to control the mechanism to the exact spot. Would highly recommend this product for those with sore, tense shoulders and backs.

Massager reaches low area of back

I currently have another massager that does not go down far enough to reach the lowest area of my back. This massager, however, does reach that area and, in that aspect, surpasses my other massager. I love the rotating ball motion with vibrating massage and heat. The vibrations are not irritating, as some other massagers I have tried are, and the heat works much more quickly than my other massager. It is also not as rough as my other massager, which rotates around a cam and imitates feet walking on my back. This massager also has several additional features that make it superior to my other Shiatsu massager. I can position the massager so that is works a particular area and I can adjust the shoulder massage to my height. The balls can also go up and down my back without the Shiatsu rolling masssage action and, when set on this action, their width can be adjusted so they hit the affected muscles. I can also determine how long I need my back massaged. My other massager turns off automatically within 15 minutes and I have to reset it to continue, which is very irritating.

The only con about this product is that there is an area that neither the shoulder massager nor the back massager reach. In this instance alone, my other massager is the better massager.

I bought this product because I have constant lower back pain. I had seen it at a Kohl's store but had chose not to buy it then. But with my back continually getting worse I decided I wanted to get one. I found the one I purchased through Amazon at the best price. The massage works great. If you can't take pain very well this product is not for you. But I like that I can set the area or have it go up and down the back. The heat element is a plus too. I would truly recommend this product.
